How your request is handled

You can stop at any point in these steps.

1. You choose a service and write what you would like to know.
2. We forward it to a provider who works in or near El Paso.
3. The provider contacts you directly to talk about a consultation.
4. A licensed provider sees you, explains what is suitable, and you decide yes or no.

Nothing is booked yet

Sending a request through Gardenmoderate Med Spa Match does not book a treatment, an appointment or anything else. It only lets a provider near El Paso know you would like to talk.

The provider contacts you and offers a consultation. If you go, a licensed provider looks at your situation and tells you what is suitable. You then decide whether to go ahead, wait, or look elsewhere. Every step is your choice.

How your request is passed on

When you send the form, your name, contact details, chosen service and message are passed to a local provider. The provider uses them to get in touch with you about a consultation.

We do not ask for health records, and you should not send them through the form. If you would like to stop being contacted or withdraw your request, the privacy page tells you how.
